CTS are proud to announce another contract successful win. The €125 million contract with Dublin City Council will run until 2031. The aim of the contract is to upgrade residential, commercial and communal buildings in Dublin City Council area.

Speaking on the award, Managing Director of Ireland, Eamonn Ryan said “improving energy efficiency is a big opportunity for us as a business with a positive win-win for everyone as it will reduce energy bills and carbon emissions.

“We are delighted to secure a place with DCC on this major project who have been a good partner to CTS for years.”

CTS Group Chief Executive Connaire McGreevy added;

“We set out 20 years ago in the energy efficiency sector and we are passionate about playing our part in improving the lives of the building living in DCC homes.

“We are very excited for the future retrofitting of buildings as well as the decarbonization of homes throughout the island of Ireland.

Last week we were delighted to welcome Kieran Adams as the new Operations Director at CTS.

As the business embarks on a new exciting journey which includes the decarbonisation of the housing stock the arrival of Kieran at this time is very welcome.

Kieran said: “I am delighted to be joining CTS projects as Operations director, at an exciting time for the business, with the new NIHE Heating contract due to commence on 1st May.”
