Dublin Office Further Success

CTS has been successfully appointed to Multiparty Minor Building Works Frameworks for Public Service Bodies across the Republic of Ireland.

The framework covers County Carlow, Cavan, Cork, Dublin, Galway, Kildare, Kilkenny, Laois, Limerick, Louth, Meath, Monaghan, Tipperary, Waterford, Westmeath, Wexford and Wicklow.

CTS Projects will create new jobs as part of the new contract, which builds on the ambitions of the business to expand to cover every part of the island.

The Minor Building Works Frameworks relate to works associated with the entire building maintenance to residential property including extensions, demolition, mechanical and electrical works

This announcement comes on the back of recent success for CTS in being appointed to Fusion21’s Reactive Repairs & Maintenance and Empty Buildings Frameworks, worth a combined £290m over a four-year period.
