Frameworks are a great way for clients to ensure they get value for money and that contractors can bid for work and deliver work when they are in optimum position due to the usual peaks and troughs that exist in construction.
Framework 1 - Fusion21 – Construction Works & Improvements 2019
Lot 1 – Internal & External Refurbishment
This lot covers the internal and external refurbishment of homes including refurbishment, regenerations, stock improvement, fit-out, change of use, modernisation and upgrade works.
Value Band 1 Project value up to £2m
Value Band 2 Project value £2m - £10m
Lot 2 – Internal & External Refurbishment with Build
Similar to Lot 1 but has the ability to offer value for money and EU Compliant contracting for extensions of existing structures, new builds, extra care schemes, roof top developments, infill developments, redevelopment and the provision of additional housing.
Value Band 1 Project value up to £5m
Framework 2 - Fusion21 – Repairs & Maintenance Framework 2018
Lot 1 (under £1m per annum)
–housing organisations and property owners/managers across all sectors looking to appoint a supply partner to deliver reactive repairs and maintenance on a term contract basis for contract values up to £1m per annum
Reactive repairs and maintenance for all general building trades
Out of hours reactive emergency repairs
Void property repairs and major void improvements
Areas of planned/capital maintenance works where members wish to combine responsive and planned work programmes
These can be on a Schedule of Rates pricing basis, fixed price per property or any specific commercial model as required
Lot 2 (over £1m per annum)
housing organisations and property owners/managers across all sectors looking to appoint a supply partner to deliver reactive repairs and maintenance on a term contract basis for contract values over £1m per annum

Framework 3 - Fusion21 – Empty Buildings Refurbishment & Security Framework
The empty buildings refurbishment Lot is aimed at property owners / managers looking to appoint a supply partner to deliver property refurbishment and repairs to empty properties / voids on a term contract basis. Designed to complement the Fusion21 Reactive Repairs & Maintenance Framework, this work will cover repairs and improvements to empty properties including all building trades across the full public sector which includes, but not limited to, local authorities, housing associations, public buildings, government departments, health, blue light and commercial estates
