CTS will be getting involved as we have 13 apprentices on board. We will be sharing information about some of our apprentices throughout the week. Showcasing their journey along with the fantastic and inspiring work they are doing, and the positive impact that they’re making at CTS.
Here at CTS we feel strongly about apprenticeships and believe that apprentices bring new energy and passion into the business.
Last year, CTS apprentice, David F Wilson reached the final of Ireland plumbing and heating awards. This is a great example of a CTS apprentice success story. David F Wilson was selected as a finalist in the category – Apprentice of the Year at Ireland’s Plumbing & Heating Awards 2019.

There was incredibly strong competition across all categories which is a reflection of the excellence which exists throughout the industry. The independent panel of expert judges scrutinised every application and highlighted the extremely high calibre of this year’s entries.

The change of name from CTS Projects to CTS Connect Transform Sustain is less a re-brand and more a reaffirmation of the company’s commitment to its clients.
It is also a reflection of how the progressive Warrenpoint- based firm has evolved, beginning life as a building company before expanding into heating installation, then further diversifying into building maintenance and property development. That successful journey has been under-pinned by a mission statement, the promise to: “Establish lasting relationships with our customers by exceeding their expectations, and gaining trust through exceptional performance by every member of our team.”

The transition to CTS
Connect Sustain Transform feels organic. “It’s a fitting statement on a modern
company and what we do and what we hope to do and achieve for our clients,” explained Business Development Director, Serena Hylands. “It’s
more focussed, and a reflection of our goals for an increasingly diverse
portfolio of clients.”
That customer base,
currently in excess of 30,000
properties across the island
of Ireland, includes
both the private
and public sectors.
From education to healthcare, homes to blue light services, clients can benefit from unrivalled expertise, with the Senior Management team at CTS Connect Transform Sustain boasting more than 150-years of maintenance and construction experience.
CTS Connect Transform Sustain has also become a market leader in energy management, a natural extension of a business philosophy that includes taking responsibility for any impact on the environment. Practising what they preach, CTS Connect Sustain Transform is perfectly placed to help their clients reduce building operating costs, benefit the environment, and adhere to government carbon reduction targets.
Going green and saving greenbacks (that’s American slang for money, Ed!) – what’s not to love?
