As a company dedicated to keeping people healthy in their homes we continue to deliver a service for our clients and customers.

We work passionately and relentlessly to create a better everyday life for both our clients and employees alike.

With this in mind, we wanted to reach out and reassure you that in these unprecedented times due to COVID-19, we are doing everything in our power to keep these vital frontline services operational.

We can reassure you that we are taking extra precautions when working with tenants in their homes. Safeguarding measures have been put in place with enhanced risk assessments and health and safety protocols. CTS operatives have been equipped with protective equipment along with following social distancing guidance, such as asking a customer to wait in the next room when work is being carried out.

Together we can achieve more. Please work with us during these difficult times and understand that repairs may take longer than usual.

We will continue to monitor the situation closely. Any more updates will be posted on our social channels.

Team CTS

CTS supports and recognises all the great work being carried out by women in Construction.

On March 8th, the world will turn its attention to women for International Women’s Day, celebrating the many success stories.

Women in Construction Week also takes place from 1-7 March. This is a holiday dedicated to changing the stereotypes that women face when it comes to careers by giving them new opportunities to look at; the construction industry has many places where women can advance and built a career for themselves.

We would like to share some of the success stories here at CTS. We have women involved in many different areas of the business, from Contract Manager to Apprentice Joiner.

Contract Manager Karen Foye shares her success story at CTS.

“As someone who has worked my way up the ranks within CTS to a Senior Contract Manager position, I take great pride in working for such a fantastic company.

“The directors and team at CTS have been part of the journey and process for the past year and a half, allowing me to grow professionally and personally, while offering the support to juggle work and home life.

“As a woman in the construction and maintenance industry with a very young family, it’s extremely hard to get a break into management, but with CTS they have allowed me to develop my skills and become a senior Contracts Manager.

“With a family-oriented theme throughout the company they understand and support the struggles of daily life, and I whole heartedly appreciate every opportunity presented to me here with CTS.

“At CTS there is no gender divide and no opportunity lost, only support and dedication from everyone in the team.

This is one of many CTS success stories.
