Team CTS Connect – Transform – Sustain win Two awards at the NI Plumbing & Heating Awards 2021.

We won Large Domestic Project of the year. This project involved oil to gas upgrades at Brians Well Close & Brains Well Court, Dunmurry in association with our clients Habinteg Housing Association.

This scheme was delivered by team CTS Heating Services Team and has had direct impact on the tenants by improving their quality of life by providing exceptional modern heating to the dwellings.

Ellen Rosenberg received the award on behalf of CTS. 

Heating Engineer, Ian Cairns also won the Unsung Hero award. Ian has been involved in the plumbing and heating industry for many years, playing a huge role in many local communities. Ian started with CTS in 2016, working tirelessly throughout the years and during the COVID-19 pandemic.

CTS Connect – Transform – Sustain recently obtained Cyber Essentials Certification.

This certification shows that CTS has essential cyber security measures in place, with a robust level of security that provides safe transferal of data in and out of the company.

The certificate also entails that CTS follow a certain standard ensuring data is protected – such as password policies, access rights to certain locations etc.

Team CTS IT Systems Manager, Joel Caldwell states the importance of Cyber Security;

“If you are to take one thing forward regarding Cyber Security it is to check, check and check again. Watch for the unusual links on a web-pages, be wary of email links and if you aren’t sure if something is official, call the company and check if it was genuine.”
