What aspects of the job have you enjoyed most?

I have enjoyed progressing and learning more about my trade and i am looking forward to progressing even more in the upcoming months.

Tell us about some jobs/projects/training you have been involved in and skills/knowledge gained?

I was involved in the heating systems installations which gave me new knowledge. It has also made me more confident in other aspects of my work as i can now use the skills that i have learnt. My mentor is allays happy to pass on knowledge and useful advice to help me progress.

Would you recommend people to consider taking the apprenticeship route?

Apprenticeship is a great opportunity to learn and develop. It is a career path that wouldn’t be possible without the benefit of the apprenticeship program.
