Connect Transform Sustain have been awarded a new NIHE response maintenance contract in North Down and Ards area.
Due to the impact of Covid-19 the Housing Executive has implemented a number of interim response maintenance contracts.
Details of the new, short-term maintenance contract is as follows: Lot 3 – South Region: North Down – CTS Projects Ltd.
These interim contracts will take effect on September 1 and will initially run for a period of 12 months, with possible further extensions.
CTS CEO, Connaire McGreevy, is delighted to be awarded this contract stating “During a time of uncertainty we are happy to be awarded the contract and continue our partnership with the Housing Executive.
“We look forward to delivering repairs in the Ards and North Down area.
Business Development Director, Serena Hylands added that “from a business development perspective, we are delighted to sustain our long-lasting relationship with the Housing Executive.

“Before the onset of Covid-19, we were preparing to arrange procurement for new, long-term response maintenance contracts.
“However, as a consequence, due to current contracts expiring, we have implemented this interim arrangement.
“These interim contracts give us the flexibility to continue to review our position and provide continuity in this tenant orientated area.
