JOB SUMMARY
A demanding position which requires an individual to work flexibly and travel across Northern Ireland and also use their own initiative in a fast-moving environment.  
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain communication with peers, client services team, contractors
and management
Responsible for measurements and quality control
Responsible for acting safely and following all company HS protocols
Carry out repairs, reactive maintenance and minor installation works
within qualified work areas
Attend, diagnose and repair faults/issues having due regard to customer
care in this specific environment
Commitment to a call out rota
Complete the relevant paperwork and report diligently
Carry out the actual work to the high quality standards that CTS expect Uphold Data Protection Policies
Travel across Northern Ireland and Ireland as required with main work
located Greater Belfast and County Down  

Health & Safety:
Adhere to all health & safety regulations and company policy at all times Report any accidents or issues regarding health & safety appropriately
Ensure all Risk Assessments & safe systems of work are read, understood, signed and followed
Observe & follow all manual handling practices  
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Experience of – 1st and 2nd fix joinery (2nd fix predominantly), fitting
wall and floor tiles, kitchen fitting etc.
Completed trade apprenticeship
Full clean driving Licence
Experience of working at heights / roof repairs desirable
Experience of working on maintenance contracts/Construction industry
preferred
Full UK Driving License

In addition, As part of our recruitment process an Access NI disclosure will also be required.The role may also require the successful candidate
to undertake work specific training on the job or externally
