Project Manager

Job Role: Project Manager (Design & Build)

Working Hours: 40 Hours

Location: HQ & Sites in N.I.


A demanding position which requires an individual to work flexibly and travel across Northern Ireland and also use their own initiative in a fast-moving environment. Responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely manner.


  • Delivery of Major Contracts in Northern Ireland
  • Managing resources for the Contract
  • Managing and maintaining KPI’s to acceptable standards
  • Ensure information is presented timely and accurately to the company Board of Directors
  • Ensure all Operatives & Subcontractor workloads are managed effectively
  • Provide support on queries both Technical and Financial
  • Attending and preparing reports for monthly meetings
  • Uphold Data Protection Policies
  • Liaise with clients and solve challenges timely
  • Any additional duties required

Health & Safety:
Adhere to all health & safety regulations and company policy at all times Report any accidents or issues regarding health & safety appropriately
Ensure all Risk Assessments & safe systems of work are read, understood, signed and followed
Observe & follow all manual handling practices  


  • Full UK Driving License
  • 10 years’ experience in a similar environment
  • Must have a third level qualification


  • Be capable of working on own initiative
  • Extensive knowledge of Sor codes and items required
  • Ability to work methodically and with attention to detail
  • Good communication skills, including telephone manner
  • Have a good timekeeping and attendance record
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication Skills
  • Have excellent organizational skills
  • Have the ability to work with a wide range of people
  • Demonstrate a flexible attitude towards assigned tasks
  • Be reliable & committed
  • Have ability to work to deadlines
  • Participate in overtime when required

In addition, The role may also require the successful candidate to undertake work specific training on the job or externally
