We have been working alongside our Charity Partner Action mental Health since 2018 and they continue to carry out vital work and support local communities. We continuously try to raise awareness on mental health along with raising vital funds.
We encourage staff to follow the five ways to well being. Throughout the year we participate in all the Action Mental health themes/events and would love you all to be involved. By getting involved you will be actively engaging in the Five Ways to Well-being.
