New Build

CTS commenced its journey into new build back in 2006.

We have consistently kept new build homes as part of our works. The economic downturn in 2008 meant that this side of the business has remained a small element but one that we take our time and care with to ensure whatever projects we take on are delivered on time and within budget.

We have a dedicated team that can deliver projects of any size. They are experienced in development of housing and commercial premises. The new build side of the business has grown, and we are investing to ensure continued organic growth in this sector.
